The weather is so nice out today that it is hard to be inside at work. Just a couple more patients then I can go home for the day!!! I have been working on this Memorandum all day and finally got it done. I have decided that when I get home today I need to seed and fertilize the grass. With hardly any snow this winter, there was no cover to protect the grass from our running dogs. I have a circle worn in the yard around the house. Maggie will make 2 laps as soon as I let her outside to get some of that energy out. Haha. Silly puppies. We still have Claud, our foster dog. He is a sweetie, but he just licks and licks… it can get annoying at times, I hope he gets adopted soon, I feel bad when we have them for longer than a week or two. I took new pics of him and maybe they will show how cute is he and someone will fall in love with him. So Speaking on animals, over the weekend we went to a pet store to get a new ball for Maggie and there were puppies there. Well, with two 6 year old girls, that is a dangerous place to be. They saw the cutest dog there and wanted it and got all upset when I told them that they could not take it out and play with it. We went to lunch and at lunch we discussed that when they saved up enough money, they can get a puppy of their own to take care of. So we compromised. We went home that afternoon with Two leopard Geckos. The girls are excited to have an animal of their own to take care of. I mean we have had fish before, but that’s different. . . and about a month ago we bought a sea monkey kit from walmart, it cost about $2. I was putting together Lil’s new bed and happened to look in the windowsill where we had put the Sea Monkeys and low and behold… there were little things in there swimming around….. I thought it was just going to be a little fake thing. So now we have 3 dogs (one who is a foster) 2 leopard geckos and a whole bunch of little sea monkeys…. We own a zoo!!! Well, it feels that way sometimes haha. I wouldn’t give up the dogs for anything and as far as the geckos and sea monkeys go… They are pretty easy to take care of so I have no problem owning a zoo. J
